Directorate of School Education, Kashmir (DSEE) has announced recruitment for 2601 posts of teachers and professors for vacant posts. Interested candidates will have to apply before 20th February 2018. The application should be in the prescribed format, all necessary documents should be taken and sent to the Chief Education Officer. Candidates will also pay Rs 100 for the post of Teacher Examination, 1590 posts are vacant, 1011 posts are open for lecturer recruitment. Applicants should keep in mind that after selection, they will start for a period of 60 days or regular selection is done by JKSAB (teacher post) or JCPSC (lecturer post) whichever is earlier.
Eligibility Criteria
BEd or M.Ed are eligible for post of permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir. After graduation in subjects mentioned in vacancy notification, eligible candidates are eligible to apply for lecturer post available in government high schools of different districts of Kashmir Division. Candidates for BEd, M.Ed Markshit, MPhil, PhD and Net / C.T. Self-certified photocopies of the certificate must be submitted. Candidates need to submit the experience certificate of teaching at the 10 + 2 level from the Government Institute.
Selection Process
Teacher: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic qualifications.
Lecturer: Selection will be done on the basis of the candidate's performance in screening test, MPhil, PhD, net / set and teaching experience.
Examination fee
Candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 100 for the registration process.

With other relevant documents, it is necessary to submit the application in the prescribed format to the office of Chief Education Officer concerned.
